Room for rent in a large, beautiful, quiet, five bedroom home with great access to trails.

The house and housemates:

Our 5 bedroom Portola Valley hillside home is located just off Alpine Road, with quick access to 280, Palo Alto/Stanford, Menlo Park, Mountain View and Cupertino and a 5 minute walk from the Alpine Inn.

The house features a 1.5 acre property with an incredible view, fireplace, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, Gigabit wireless cable internet, 82” TV, gas barbecue and large kitchen with appliances and commercial grade coffee brewing equipment. The house also has a gym setup in the garage with a treadmill and weight rack. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet, and has a lot to offer people who enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, road/mountain biking, and running. Windy Hill and Arastradero Preserveare within 15 minutes of the house.

You would be joining four young professional guys in their 20s’s - early 40’s who work in the technology industry. We are all fun, easy going, and sociable, and have occasional BBQ’s, game and movie nights. We are looking for someone who values a respectful living environment, open communication, and is interested in a low drama household. Most of us work long hours and have a low-key vibe when home.

The room:

The room for rent is 13x11 and shares a large full bathroom. There is additional storage in the garage, a space shared by all housemates.

The room is available on November 21st and the total rent is $1,500 per month. This amount includes rent, utilities, bi-weekly maid cleaning service, business class cable internet, house maintenance, and basic toiletries.
