Current monthly rent for prospective room is $1,264, and the annual rent increase is ~5%.
Per housemate, shared expenses are ~$200 a month. No security deposit. Washer/Dryer in unit. There is 1 reserved carport, and plenty of street parking. Living area and kitchen are furnished/stocked, which are comfortably shared. Please note storage space is limited, so if you don't have a lot to unpack then this is a great space for you!
My housemate and I are in our late 20/30s and am looking for someone similar in age. In our downtime, we like to cook, craft, hike, and watch shows/movies. We don't need to be best friends, but it's nice to share a meal together every now and then! We're looking for another female roommate who is responsible, relatively neat, and is the right fit for the household. Unfortunately, while pets are allowed in the complex, the lease does not permit pets.
The lease is month to month, but I am looking for someone wanting to stay at least 12 months. Prospective tenants would need to complete the application process (~$35 fee) with the leasing office before moving in.
