Bedroom is just about standard sized, with a clear space (ie excluding the closet) of 11 ft x 9 ft, with a standard sized closet.
King sized beds would be a bit of a tight fit, unless you have less furniture or nightstands.
It is on the 2nd floor.
This BR is normally $1288/mo but is being discounted to $1230/o for someone signing a lease starting in October.
Utilities and cleaning are not included and usually run another $200 - $210 or $220/mo., meaning the total cost is $1430 or $1440 - $1450/mo, give or take. Having 6 people in the house helps keep the utilities cost way down, actually.
You would share 2 full bathrooms with 4 of the other bedrooms. The resident in the master bedroom uses their own bathroom.
