The condo is well located in an upscale condo complex. The location is great - 5 minutes to Google and other tech companies
close to Safeway and downtown Mountain View's restaurants and shops. Excellent access to Highway 101, Highway 85 and Central Expressway.
The condo complex has a swimming pool and beautiful landscaping.
The condo has a gated parking garage under the building with assigned parking spaces. So you would have your own assigned parking space. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. The living room /dining room is furnished. There is a shared kitchen.
The available bedroom is large with a sliding glass door that looks out on the large back yard patio. There is a full wall of closets in the room. The available private bathroom has a large vanity, tub and shower, and toilet.
About me:
I am a single professional woman with an MBA. I work from home on my computer and telephone from 8 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday. I am quiet and friendly and I do not entertain at home much.
About you:
Since I work from home, it is important to me that you do not work from home. I would like you to be employed outside the home full time at least from 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Light cooking in the kitchen is allowed. Smoking, drugs and pets are not allowed.
The initial lease term is for six months and then it may be extended after the initial six month period. Utility costs are shared. There is a $1700 security deposit.
