Hi, Come help create a happy home in a great neighborhood close to Palo Alto and within biking distance of Google campuses. Caltrain is within walking distance for a longer commute, and Stanford is 15min away. Safeway and Starbucks are 10 min walk. I rent a 3/2 and have a FURNISHED MBR available that also has a sliding door to a deck and side yard, with an ensuite bathroom, double closets and double sinks. There is space to garden if you like. Utilities are 1/3. The home includes useable space in a rear semi-enclosed porch. Garage space for storage can be used. There will be 2 cats here, going down to 1 in a few months. Please be a CAT LOVER and not just tolerate cause I will need help when I travel.
I am a semi-retired middle-aged F, looking for 1 other female (preferred), who is communicative, friendly, takes care of property and pets, and who cooks (and shares a little!)! I am creative and love crafts, entrepreneurial, a couch potato at times, love to read and travel. Please be Covid careful, and must be FULLY VACCINATED WITH BOOSTERs as I am high risk.
