Beautiful, quiet, mellow, very safe, clean, relaxed, beautiful, neighborhood with kind neighbors, surrounded by cypress trees, succulents and flowers and ocean views, harbor, Montara Mountain, lighthouse. beaches,.kayaking, horseback riding, biking trails, Walking, hiking trails and beaches only 5-10 minute walk. Bars, entertainment, live music, shopping, post office, grocery stores, restaurants, diners cafes to eat out or order food, SF, SFO, Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Montara, Pacifica, Daly City, buses take you to the Bart. This home has beautiful views of the ocean in all rooms except one bedroom which has a garden view.

Two of the rooms have a shared full bathroom situation with a shower. One of the rooms is a large size with two large closets and a window with a garden view, queen size bed, end tables, lamps, large dresser and a mini fridge.
The second room is very large and has a private entrance with a small deck and slider with a side ocean view, queen bed, a beautiful white wicker bedroom set with dresser and end tables and chair, one to two chairs and a mini fridge. Internet, water, PGE, trash, recycling is included, safe, ample & easy street parking in front of house.
Rent is $1400 for garden view room and more for master bedroom/ depending on the desired room, month to month lease with deposit and income & background check required. Available ASAP - no pets please, no smoking We are looking for quiet, clean, reliable, honest, respectful, responsible, peaceful, kind, employed adults. Only one quiet, kind tenant lives on the upstairs floor which has separate entrance.
