We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused person to join our team at a small, family-run dry cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and can manage responsibilities independently.
Schedule (fixed days):
Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Monday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Additional hours may be available during training or occasionally as needed.
Applicants must be available all three days.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting customers at the counter with drop-off and pick-up orders
Processing payments and organizing clothing for cleaning
Keeping the shop clean, neat, and running smoothly
Occasionally running local errands for the shop
Learning basic alterations such as sewing buttons or small repairs (training provided)
Requirements:
Clear communication skills and good English proficiency
Able to take instruction well and follow directions carefully
Reliable, friendly, and comfortable working alone
Valid driver’s license for occasional errands
Sewing or alterations experience is a plus
Compensation: $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience
