What I Do:
• Carpentry: framing, sheathing, siding, door/window flashing, waterproofing; fence building
• Structural: Installation of footer pads, load-bearing beams, joists, and subflooring.
• Site Work: Excavation, utility trenching, base rock compaction, and rebar reinforcement.
• Demo & Logistics: Efficient residential/commercial demolition and material management.
• Tools: circular, miter, table, and fine saw; drills/impacts, hammers, jack hammer, rotary; other basic hand tools for the trade
