Position Overview:
In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our property and HOA portfolios. You’ll work closely with our two owners—both cross-trained in all aspects of operations—and receive hands-on training to become proficient in every facet of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable using AppFolio property management software
• Manage the front office and provide exceptional customer service
• Respond to email requests and phone inquiries regarding maintenance, payments, and general questions
• Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and homeowners as needed
• Help maintain accurate financial and operational records
• Support the overall efficiency of office operations

Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow. Ideal candidates will have:
• Prior experience in property management, HOA management, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• Strong computer skills — proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/financial software
• A professional and presentable demeanor for front office interactions and telephone communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
