Key Responsibilities:
Prepare all documentations relating to real estate transactions, such as offers, counteroffers, addenda, and offer agreements;
Quality control and ensure all documentations relating to real estate transactions are accurate and complete;
Manage calendar, meeting coordination and communication, administrative projects, and tasks requiring logistical planning;
Serve as liaison and central point of information on behalf of manager with internal and external communication, provide information, provide problem solutions and status updates, and assist with the coordination of activities.

Qualifications:
California real estate license required
2+ year of real estate experience and PRDs forms
Familiarity with California real estate contracts (e.g., PRDS and CARs forms)
2+ years of administrative experience
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and real estate databases
Commitment to be flexible with work hours and work overtime as necessary
