If you want to choose your floor plan and the finishes, your scheduled completion date would be approximately four (4) to six (6) months after they announce their opening.
If you like an existing floor plan and finishes and they have standing inventory, you may be able to occupy one in a very short time (30 to 60 days after completion).
The prices are set by the builder / developer and you won't get into a bidding war trying to purchase one. If you have the money or can qualify for a loan, you can purchase the home. Period.
You will not be purchasing your new home "As-Is." New Construction Homes carry warranties and are built with the newest, most up-to-date building codes, structural codes and energy conservation codes.
