I have a replica Bride seat. No rips or tears. It does recline and flip forward. It was used for sim setup. Has tiny holes drilled into it for mounting speakers. NO Rails, has universal flat rails. You will have to mount ones for your specific vehicle.
Picked it up for a project but the car was sold. Still super clean. It is not a real one.
