My spouse "nudged" a wooden post as she was backing out of a parking space a while back. We replaced the fender, but I kept the original because there wasn't significant body damage and I kept thinking she'd do it again and the insurance costs were way too high the first time around... but we've now sold the car, so not much need for this item at our house.
Exactly what it appears to be (see all photos):

o Part # 60261S5DA90ZZ
o Is the driver's side (left) front fender -- simple to replace
