Condition is "Used". The unit is in perfect working order. It was uninstalled from a 2016 435i before it was traded in.
The locking tab for the connecting bar on the 3B connector broke off when it was installed (shown in picture, very cold that day.) Put a small zip tie around it just in case. Otherwise just like new. Save bug over buying new at nearly $1600! Gives 77 horsepower increase and 81 ft/lb of torque when run on the correct higher octane gas.
