I adopted Foxy on Jan 22, 2022, from the Friends of Madera Animal Shelter. He is now four years old and is a well-trained and well-behaved cat. He has a calm, quiet personality and can be shy with strangers but he is gentle if they want to pet him. Once he gets to know you, he becomes needy for attention but he is ok to sleep by himself in the living room.

Foxy is insured that costs $390 per year and is valid until Feb 25, 2026. It has a $500 annual deductible, a $15,000 annual coverage limit, and a 90% reimbursement rate. Thankfully, he is always been healthy, so I have never had to use it.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to re-home Foxy, and the only reason is due to my severe skin allergies. Over time, my condition has gotten progressively worse. Despite cleaning my home frequently and keeping him only in the living room, my skin issues persist and I have five prescribed ointments from my doctor, and the discomfort often makes it hard for me to fall asleep at night.
