Boutique Bay Area law firm is seeking an entry-level candidate to support their growing Burlingame office. Ideal candidates will have a 3.5 GPA from a reputable University and have exceptional technical skills (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Assist Executive Director with day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to occasional reception coverage, client records maintenance, inventory and ordering of office/kitchen supplies, assisting with invoices from vendors, event planning, set up and breakdown, light website edits and other general office duties as required.

-Ability to work independently
-Must be okay with working with a fast paced, demanding group
-1+ years’ of administrative experience
-Bachelor Degree from a top University AND a GPA of 3.5 or higher
