We need your help in various areas and need someone who is willing and able to multi-task and tackle a variety of responsibilities.
The main areas of focus will be:
Shipping and receiving
• Receive and log packages and equipment
• Package and ship computers as requested by the technical team
• Log and enter information in ticketing system
• Assist in customer service
• General office management
Requirements:
• EXCELLENT WRITTEN, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are a MUST
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
• Experience with FedEx shipping manager preferred
• Experience with Excel a must
• Must be able to to lift 20 lbs
• Ability to effectively prioritize and independently take initiative
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
• You are a strong and flexible teammate. No job is too small - or too big!
• Legal to work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
• AA/BS/BA degree preferred
THIS IS PART TIME ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
Hours: 2:00PM - 6:00PM Monday through Fridays
