We are looking for a Part-Time Property Associate to assist with property management duties on essential on-site tasks on the Peninsula. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, a great communicator, and can provide consistent support for our properties.
Key Details
Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours per week
Location: Belmont to Menlo Park (hybrid: remote, in-office, and on-site at properties)
Compensation: DOE
What You'll Do
On-site Presence and Access: Be the point person for scheduled inspections, vendor appointments, and other required property visits.
Reporting: Conduct visual walkthroughs of buildings and grounds, reporting any maintenance concerns or unusual conditions to the management team.
Remote / Office Work: Assist with property related administrative office tasks.
Who You Are
Required:
You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
You are reliable, punctual, and professional.
Preferred:
You have prior experience in property management, facilities, or a similar field.
