Position overview: We are seeking a friendly office professional who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable speaking with customers at all levels, including upper to middle management. As part of a team, this full-time, in-office role primarily focuses on reviewing, processing, and entering incoming orders, ensuring smooth fulfillment of our publications.
About us: The Drivers License Guide Company is a 10-person, Redwood City based B2B publisher. Our publications assist in verifying ID documents. We research and publish three books annually, along with two online resources that are updated continuously.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve orders from banking, retail chains, government and other businesses.
- Accurately enter orders and maintain customer information in CRM.
- Daily balancing of payments received by credit cards and checks.
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoices and collections.
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks. Contribute to special company projects and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
Qualitifications:
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, comfortable with customer service interaction.
- Independent worker, able to make sound judgments and solve problems.
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping protocols is a plus.
- Strong office skills in CRM, Microsoft Office, 10-key.
- Dependable, proactive, and a team player.
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Bonuses: Semi-annual
