Personal Assistant (palo alto)

compensation: $30 /h 15 hours a week $450 a week.
employment type: part-time

$30/h 15 hours a week, 5h Mon, Wed, Fri assistant for home office projects

ABOUT US
We are a family renovating, and moving out of several properties in the Bay Area, mainly based around Palo Alto, and need trusted help when we are and are not here 10-15 hours a week, to act on our behalf.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive workers on house renovation, give access to vendors, show cars for sale, do fedex-runs, receive packages, help sort papers, assist with filing, postage and other office related duties, smaller projects with different vendors, like deliver media for digitizing videos etc. Be available to assist movers etc

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required, or explain why it doesn’t matter
Ability to master new computer programs, apps.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
