Exterior shows minor wear since 1927, sound board is in excellent condition, all keys working correctly.
Strings in excellent condition. Pedals all AOK

This good looking piano has been in our living with light usage since we purchased it in 2014, from long time Bay Area restorer and seller Dave Rotenberg.
