I purchased this guitar at Gryphon Stringed Instruments in Palo Alto, CA and had them install a new K&K pickup (best acoustic pickup. $350 value. No battery required. Does not affect pure acoustic tone). The guitar sounds fantastic both plugged and unplugged!
Gryphon also performed a neck reset and installed stainless steel frets for me. These frets will live longer than you will... I also had Gryphon install a new pickguard before the famous "B String Crack" appeared from pickguard shrinkage.
This guitar has no intonation issues and plays effortlessly and in tune up and down the neck. It needs nothing done to it and will be good for at least another 50 years.
I am only the second owner of this 51 yr old instrument and it has been lovingly cared for by both of us. It is in fantastic cosmetic condition for its age.
Also included in my price is a Hiscox PRO II case in excellent condition. These cases are legendary for lightweight and super strength.
