One the kind very rare and highly desired hard to find and no longer produced by Steinway. I have been in businiss for 50 years and never run across one until now. This one the first Ive restored of sell. This piano is from a one owner and well taken care of. Very clean and no dents or damage. Out of all the Steinways Ive restored this one is the most crystal clear and clean pianos I've heard.Its a definite artist and performing Steinway piano of its kind.
The piano has been dissembled and all wood stripped, sanded and recoated with coats of rich deep and very durable satin ebony finish.The soundboard scraped sanded and two coats of varnish on it, There pinblock in excellent condition original from Steinway.
The plate refinished in deep rich Steinway gold paint from Steinway. The hardware all republished and sealed. The action replaced with all new parts, new whippets new hammer shanks and hammers. New dampers, new strings, new key tops. new steinway pedals and rods. This is one of the kind of rare Steinways not to miss out on.
