I am the original owner. The pedal was purchased new by me. I've used it only at home in my smoke-free studio, and am selling it to pare down my extensive pedal collection. Works perfectly and there isn't a scratch on it. This is a great-sounding fuzz pedal (especially for those who don't actually like fuzz...). Nails Fuzzface tones for Hendrix and Big Muff tones reminiscent of Pink Floyd / David Gilmour. I've even used it for playing some Eric Johnson tunes.
