Comes with a high quality Novation brand gig bag. And yes comes with midi cable.
I haven't used this nearly as much as I thought (I wound up just using my digital piano mostly) so I'm selling this.
It worked well for me and never had any issues. I just plugged it into my PC and fired up Ableton to double check and worked fine.
$125 you can pick up in Belmon or I can meet you by the Guitar Center at Hillsdale Mall. Feel free to bring a laptop to plug it in if you want to check it.
