Brand New 1 piece Shower Pan Ready to Tile, extremely Easy to install for DYI.
$1300 retail with taxes and shipping.
Integrated drain with 2" DWV female fitting. Comes with a 4” round drain cover in Brushed Nickel.
Drain is centered on the width, 6" from the back wall, Curb is 4 1/2" tall 4" deep. Sides and back are1 1/4” taller than the curb.
Cut 6" hole for drain. Lay down moisture barrier to keep thinset from soaking into subfloor. Apply thinset with 1/2" notched trowel. Set Pan on floor and level. Do not stand in it until thinset is cured.
This shower Pan needs to have tile or other surface applied to it.
