Spent time working in collegiate strength and conditioning at Stanford, Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, and CSU East Bay.
Serving athletes (ages 9+) in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Portola Valley, Woodside, and Los Altos.
Passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential through tailored individualized training programs whether they play basketball, football, volleyball, golf, tennis, or any other sport.
