The firm specializes in public entity and product liability defense, with over 100 years of combined civil defense experience. The ideal candidate must have the following skills/experience:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in a litigation environment
* Trial experience is a plus
* Experience with lay and expert discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial
* Ability to spot issues, prepare detailed reports, and distill key information
* Excellent communication skills and interested in having direct communication with clients and carriers
* Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
* Desire and ability to handle all aspects of civil litigation from initial intake through trial and appeal
* Ability to multitask
* Integrity
* Works well with others and independently
* Strong work ethic
* Team player
* Must be a member of the State Bar of California
