We are looking for independent Contractors, Tradesmen and Handymen to perform various maintenance tasks on properties we maintain throughout the San Jose, San Fransico and Bay Area.
We are also in need of independent, skilled tradesmen for a variety of Remodeling Projects. We are looking for Tradesmen/Candidates with the following background, skillsets and abilities:
- Consists of bathroom/ remodeling which includes but not limited to paint and tub enclosure installation
- Consists of Kitchen remodeling which includes but not limited Cabinet installation, plumbing, countertop fab and installation
- Crown Molding fabrication and installation which includes (Cutting and installation)
- Baseboard fabrication and installation
- Vinyl Plank flooring installation
- Vinyl Floor installation
- And other misc. duties as assigned
- Installing countertops Quartz and or Granite
NOTE:
"MUST HAVE" YOUR "OWN TOOLS AND TRANSPORTATION" (IF NOT, NEED NOT APPLY)
