HANDYMAN Wanted - $30/hr - Redwood City (redwood city)

If you are the right fit, there will be ongoing work on multiple projects.
Currently about 10-20 hours/week could increase with larger projects and turnovers.
What we offer:
Pay: $30 per hour.
Location: Redwood City
Prefer availability during weekdays.
Coordination: Property manager handles all scheduling and tenant communication.
Language: We are bilingual in English and Spanish, but knowledge of basic English is preferred for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
• General maintenance and preventive repairs
• Install and repair doors, windows, and locks
• Perform basic carpentry, flooring repairs, and minor appliance fixes
• Drywall patching, painting, stucco repairs
• Fence repairs
• Basic electrical repairs including light fixtures, switches, and outlets
• Smoke detector/CO alarm installations
• General plumbing & electrical repairs (leaks, toilets, faucets, drain clogs).
Requirements:
• Solid experience in home maintenance/repair.
• Must have your own basic tools.
• Ability to work independently, be productive and efficient.
