We have a few small projects in a rather old house:
1) Replace drain stoppers in 2 bathroom sinks (they don't go up high enough and one came out entirely)
2) Replace toilet seat (it's flimsy and we need one for kids)
3) Replace shower valve trim kit (it squeaks and is super tight)
4) Calibrate the sink water handles (they open at different lengths and different directions)

Supplies: Toilet seat is already purchased, but you'd need to get supplies for 2 new drain stoppers (if needed) and the shower trim kit
