I am looking for a team with a LOT of experience building yard gates (metal framed, wood paneled) and sliding gate systems like the one shown in the picture. The scope of work is the following:

1. prepare footing for and build CMU block L-shaped wall as shown in the diagram 6' high (total wall length is approx. 6')
2. prepare footing for and build CMU block wall for side gate with 4' wide opening for metal / wood gate with combo lock
3. finish CMU walls with smooth stucco finish and paint color to match side of the house (white)
4. build side yard gate using metal framing and wooden panels to match the look / feel of fence and stucco - propose design
5. build sliding panel gate (wheels / load on bottom track, and guide on the top) to allow for access to bins and AC units

This job is ONLY for someone who has already done this type of work and I will require references, pictures, examples.
