I've been seeing a couple of cats, especially this gray/white one hanging out in front of Beach Cove apartments (this time building 801) lawn. No collar. Extremely friendly (will come up and say hi) and gets pets. Usually see it at night, but occasionally during the day. Too warm to be out during daytime today, so wanted to make sure it had an owner?!
