Small Family Owned Construction Services is seeking a reliable construction helper to support residential construction and remodeling projects:
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks
Demolition, cleanup, and site preparation
Basic carpentry assistance (as directed)
Material handling and jobsite organization
Follow instructions, schedules, and safety rules
Communicate updates via text/photos as requested
Requirements
Some construction experience (entry to intermediate level)
Reliable transportation to job sites
Smartphone for communication and photos
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Comfortable working as a 1099 subcontractor
