🔹 RENTAL (TENANT-OCCUPIED) PROPERTY WORK:
• Maintenance & Repairs
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Deadline-driven performance
• Ability to meet investor/bank/client quality standards
• Follow job order instructions strictly (must follow photo requirements)
• Strong and active communication
• Professional workmanship
Approved jobs must be completed according to scope, with clear documentation and quality that meets client expectations.
💲 PAYMENT TERMS:
