Florian Industries is looking for a dependable Driver / Shop Helper to join our fabrication team in Brisbane.
This is a full-time position with opportunities to learn a skilled trade and grow within our company.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Some early mornings and overtime may be required
Pay & Benefits:
$22–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles
Transport materials to and from job sites
Tow a flatbed trailer when required
Secure and protect fragile, oversized, and high-value loads
Assist in the fabrication shop when not making deliveries
Maintain clean company vehicles and equipment
Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws
Work as part of a team to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications:
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
Experience towing a flatbed trailer preferred
Experience properly securing loads
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
