Solid 18k yellow gold puffy heart with 8 sapphires on one side and 8 rubies on the other.
Garnet beads with 18k gold clasp.
Weighs 50 grams total, the 18K gold heart is about 22 grams of gold. Heart measures about 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" and 1/2" thick.
Necklace is 18" long without the clasp and 19" long with the clasp.
On the side of the heart it is hallmarked B Kieselstein Cord 1987 Moon and Star logo 18K
