Compension: $95,000- 115,000 plus 10% bonus target
The HR Business Partner (Manager) serves as a stregic consultant to business leaders, helping align HR stregies with operional and organizional goals. Working closely with specialists across HR – including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Operions, and HRIS, this role acts as the primary point of connection between the business and HR. They advise leaders on workforce planning, organizional design, performance management, employee development, engagement, and champions positive and productive workplace culture. They lead and resolve complex employee relions mters, coach leaders and employees, and ensure HR initiives are effectively implemented. They are trusted advisors who build strong relionships, anticipe needs, and deliver thoughtful, balanced guidance. In some regions, they may lead a dispersed team of HR Generalists/Specialists.
Responsibilities
Qualificions
Educion: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrion, or a reled field from an accredited college or university required.
Certificion/Licensure: Professional HR certificions (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred, not required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant supporting leaders in multi‑site or operional environments (manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred).
Proven experience conducting formal employee relions investigions with strong documention and judgment skills.
Demonstred experience working in partnership with HR COEs in areas such as Recruiting, Compension, Benefits, Talent Management, and HR Shared Services.
Leadership Experience: proven team leadership experience preferred, not required.
Strong skills in performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and supporting organizional change.
Ability to analyze workforce trends, interpret da, and communice insights th guide decision‑making.
Exceptional interpersonal and communicion skills, with the ability to build trust all levels, including senior leaders, and influence behavior and outcomes without direct authority.
Technical experience with leading Human Resources Informion Systems (HRIS) technologies such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.; we use Oracle HCM Cloud.
Demonstred discretion and confidentiality in handling and protecting sensitive informion.
Technical: Proficient with common office technologies, including Windows PCs, Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and web conferencing (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
Environment: This position is based in Union City, CA and requires full-time onsite presence, along with the ability to travel up to 30% to support other locions and operional needs.
