For the working two light bulb outlets it has and the working wiring, this is a great price.
It had a white plastic shade.
However, the white plastic shade broke.
There is a smaller replacement plastic shade (see the 1st image) but it doesn't fit well.
However, it could do the job.
The lamp has a piece broken away in one small place that is visible but hardly noticeable (see 2nd image).
The missing material in the 2nd image won't affect use or the lighting. It still works fine.
I can include one lightbulb, too: either a white fluorescent light bulb or a 3-way soft white by GE: 50-100-150 Watts: 580-1640-2220 lumens. However, the lamp doesn't have 3-way capability but the 3-way lightbulb works with it regardless. You can decide which one you want before or after you see it.
Both the main and auxiliary lightbulb outlets turn just on and off.
Each has its own switch.
The lamp's auxiliary lightbulb holder is adjustable and has no shade.
I am not providing a shade or a lightbulb for that one
but you may find it useful that is has that too in case you'd like to use it.
