A teacher and retired teacher looking for a 1-2bd home, adu, or apartment for 2500-3200. AC is not an obligation unless unit is largely south/west facing. Yard or patio is nice but not necessary. Looking at Belmont to Palo Alto.
Lived in San Carlos 30 years, 12 in current apartment that is giving less and less, while taking more (Haven't changed the carpet in 20+ years. A 'live-in' manager who is only around 2 days a week) and more.
We have no kids (all are adults), no pets, and do not smoke/vape. We like exploring the bay, mini road trips, crafting, reading, cooking, and avoiding fascists.
