The Chalet Montara, a coastal assisted living facility in beautiful Montara, CA, is seeking an experienced Registered Dietician for a short-term, project-based opportunity.
Weβre looking for a professional who can create a comprehensive, reusable menu template that accommodates a range of dietary needs for our residents β including but not limited to diabetic-friendly, low-sodium, and soft-food options.
Project Overview:
π Create a detailed weekly or monthly menu plan
π Menus must be nutritionally balanced, senior-friendly, and tailored to common dietary conditions
𧩠Should include adaptable variations for different dietary needs (e.g. diabetes, hypertension, swallowing difficulties)
π Final deliverable should be a clear, practical menu template that our kitchen staff can use repeatedly
Compensation:
π΅ Project Pay: $800 (rate negotiable depending on experience and scope)
π» Remote or in-person collaboration available
Ideal Candidate:
Registered Dietician (RD or RDN)
Experience with senior nutrition and special dietary needs
