This is a Contour Products, Inc. legacy leg pillow for comfort and support. One can put it under/between the knees, under legs, for back support and I used it a bit even for my neck. I guess one can use it as needed.

You can see most of the information needed from the photos. It is heart-shaped, freshly washed with a zip-off cover over polyurethane filling, and is 9.9 x 9.9 x 6 inches. Let me know if you would like to see it.
