High end leather love seat and chair. One owner. One house. Great condition - no stains, rips or tears. Purchased about 25 years ago but still in great shape. We just inherited some furniture with sentimental value, so these are now surplus to our needs. Super comfortable for watching TV or just lounging in. Our home is smoke free and pet free. The chair shows a little wear on two bottom corners - pictured. The pictures were taken with the chair on its side so that the corners were up in the air.. Worn spots only visible if you go looking for them. No other flaws. Stapled to the bottom of both the chair and sofa is an extra piece of leather for future repairs or color matching.

The inherited furniture is arriving in September, so we would like to sell these pieces between now and before the inherited furniture arrives.

The love seat is 64 inches wide. The chair is 40 inches wide. The manufacturer is "Leather Center". Leather Center was a high end manufacturer of custom ordered furniture around 2000. They had stores and showrooms all over the state. They went out of business a few years later.

Can help you carry to the street. You will need a van or pick up truck to transport..
