Has some insert like drawers and doors in middle two shelves when placed horizontally. Note: The doors are not properly secured in place as screws are loose — can either easily remove the door or fix with wood glue.
Can be used as a changing table with a changing table mat. I have one and can pass it along if you want.
Should you decide to use it vertically instead, you can possibly just remove the shelf drawers and shelf doors, since they are now setup for horizontal.
