These 2 solid iron chairs were part of a chess table set. I only have the chairs. I reupholstered them years ago because the leather was tearing, now the fabric is tearing, still usable but if you're into refinishing furniture then this is would be a great easy project.

These chairs would be great in a sitting room or re-purposed as a chess table setting again. They are VERY heavy. They are not for casual moving in and out of table in a dining situation (scooching them in and out is not ideal). That's probably why they were part of a chess setting as you wouldn't be moving yourself or the chairs very often. If I had to guess they are probably 40-45 lbs. each. It was not hard to reupholster them, the backs and seats unscrew easily, but you do have to have a little knowledge of refurbishing furniture.

Measurements in photos. Asking $160 or best offer for the pair. I would like them to go to someone who will love and appreciate them. I've had them for a long time and used them for a long time and now it's time to part ways.
