Kids' Twin bed Loft - $700 (mountain view)

This is a two bed bunkbed/loft for kids, with a built in desk and cabinet. The lower bed can be removed. In my photos we have moved the lower bed to a different bedroom, so my photos don't show them together, but I've added photos from the manufacturer that show how it looks in different configurations. The photos marked "SAMPLE" are from the manufacturer and not my own.
The unit includes:

* Ladder
The loft unit (with upper bed, desk and cabinet) is 82" long, 73" high, 43" wide. The lower bed is 82" long, 40" high and 43" wide. Both are for twin mattresses. There is a ladder for climbing to the top with flat steps. The ladder can be lifted off and moved temporarily.
The unit can be reconfigured in many ways, with the desk face inwards or outwards, and the desk and cabinet sides can be swapped. For shipping, the main unit comes apart into 3 pieces.
The manufacturer was Mushroom Furniture and this retails for about $3400. This was bought from Hoot Judkins, which is known for only selling real wood furniture - no particle board. This is superior to Ikea furniture.
Structurally, the bed is in perfect condition. There are places on the desk where the paint is scraped off, but this is relatively minor (see photos - I've tried to make the scratches look as bad as possible in the light. They don't look bad in person. ).
$700 or best offer. I will help transport in my truck for an extra $100 within 20 miles of my house.
