We purchased this sofa new from Room & Board a couple of years ago for $2499 but we are reluctantly letting it go to get two loveseats for this room instead. This sofa is a steal at this price.
Sofa has been in our living room, not the family room, so only gets sat on on occasion. No spills, pilling, imperfections, tears...it's in excellent condition. Nonsmoking, fragrance-sensitive home (only use organic and fragrance-free cleaners), meticulously maintained (fabric vacuumed with dyson vac periodically and professionally steam-cleaned once a year).
Sofa and its two same-colored throw pillows are included. Not included from the photos are the oversized velvet pillows and throw blankets. Thanks.
