Kuhn Rikon has teamed up with Chris Kimball, formerly of America’s Test Kitchen. This wok is made from sturdy carbon steel and has the rare feature of having a lid, one made from tempered glass, so that it can also be used to steam and boil vegetables and other foods. It also bears the capacity to create an entire meal for a family without overwhelming the space on the stovetop of any kind of heat source: Ceran, gas, electric, induction, and halogen! Its carbon steel construction helps the wok heat quickly and evenly, and a vented glass lid is provided to seal all liquid and prevent splattering. You will also find that maneuvering the handles comes swiftly and easily.
