This is an extremely rare 1941 Mills Owl Pinball / Slot Machine. It is a twin to the Mills One-Two-Three and was made for territories of the USA that they could hide this as being an amusement pinball and not a gambling device, which it actually was. I purchased this from the Stan Harris collection back in the 1980's (you'd have to be an old time collector to know what I'm talking about). Myself and my buddy bought pretty much all the pinballs from the collection around the mid 1980's. I know it was before the internet and we were bidding by phone from polaroid photos sent to us. I've been collecting pinballs and slots since high school and I am now in my 60's and I've never seen another one of these ever. Not many were made and many of the ones that were made got picked up in police raids and destroyed. It's really a museum piece. Everything appears to be pretty complete but it needs work. To even begin shopping it out, you need to replace all the bumper skirts because they're warped and when you turn the game on several switches are closed making it impossible to reset and play.
You can also pick it up and view it in Half Moon Bay, California.
