We are a high-end sushi restaurant located in San Mateo, California, and we are currently seeking a professional and reliable Server to join our team.
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Approximately 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation:
$40/hour (service charge share included)
Please note: We operate on a service charge system. There is no tipping.
Qualifications & Expectations:
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Ability to provide attentive, polite, and refined service to guests
• Clean, well-groomed, and organized work habits
• A genuine hospitality mindset and dedication to guest satisfaction
• Ability to contribute to beverage and alcohol sales
• Able to follow the chef’s instructions accurately and efficiently
• Willingness to assist with basic kitchen tasks when needed
• Ability to speak Japanese is a plus
